thank you for all your hard work and dedication
We know we’ve told you before how much we love the community we’re located in, but we also love the people we work with. We realize that we have so much to be thankful for and our subcontractors are a big part of that. Nearly all of our subs have been with us over 5 years and some have been with us since the beginning. It is because of the talent that lies in these individuals that we can build the kind of homes we build. We’re proud of our subs and we’re proud to say that they have all dedicated their lives to their professions and they have chosen us to work with.
So how long have they been with us?

you may be green, but is your home?
the building industry is also taking steps to make things more environmentally friendly. we get the magazine Green Builder and while flipping through it this month we found something that we want to share. it is a tool that can benefit builders as well as home owners.
visit the website nahbgreen.org and click on the tab labeled 'green scoring tool'. you'll have to create a user name and password, but it is free and worth it. from there you can go through your home and answer questions to determine the to extent to which your home is green. the site will score your home and say whether it is bronze, silver or gold. we're using it on our homes and you should too!

we love our community
we love where we're located and we enjoy being able to give back to a town that has supported us for the last 18 years. this friday through sunday we're working together with members of the danville community to help re-build kidsville. the playground fell into disrepair and has been closed until volunteers were available to help make it safe for children once again.
we could still use more volunteers though, so if you would like to come out and join us, go ahead! The work will start at 8AM on all three days and will include mulching, sealing, sanding and tightening screws. Make sure to bring some tools if you come too (wheelbarrows, rakes, hammers, drills and screwdrivers).
give us a call if you'd like the join the fun! 275-9090

have your dream come true and get some money for it
1. Homes must be purchased by a first time homebuyer between April 9, 2008 and July 1, 2009
2. The maximum credit is $7,500
3. Single taxpayer with an income up to $75,000 and married couples with a combine income of up to $150,000 are eligible
4. The credit is actually an interest fee government loan that must be repaid over a 15 year period
5. You can claim the tax credit on your federal income tax return
6. The home must be your principal residence
You’re sure to have more questions, so we’ve found a great website that will help you out. It has general information as well as a frequently asked questions part. As always if we can help in anyway just let us know!

want to live here? it's for sale!
we've got a place for you to call home and it's located in the RiverHill Development in Riverside, PA.
plus that development is located in the danville area school district, which is ranked high in public school across the nation.
so if you think this house looks nice on the outside you should check out what's on the inside (after all it's what's on the inside that counts)
so what's inside...
well, lets start with the size, all 3, 534 square feet to be exact - but what does that square footage contain you ask? well how about four bedrooms, three and one half bathrooms, a three car garage, a first floor master suite, Brazilian cherry floors, a truly great 'great' room, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, a corner whirlpool in the owner's bath, a custom staircase in the foyer and to top it all off an incredible front porch (the mountain views and sunsets are no extra charge)
what is the best part, you ask?
well the fact that this home can be yours for $499,000 (pretty nice huh?)
